Apolloon represents all students in the FaBeR faculty (KU Leuven). For the 2026-2027 academix year, the ORYX praesidium is ready to work with you to organize a fantastic year full of unforgettable events.
Where can you find us?
The Sportzak is the go-to spot for our students who are thirsty after a workout or just want to have fun with friends.
We're open Sunday through Thursday from 10 p.m. until late at night.

SPORTS BAG
(Vice-)President
The (vice)praeses of the association. They bear ultimate responsibility and oversee internal operations.
They oversee the general operations and facilitate contact between all active students.
Quaestor
The Quaestors are responsible for financial matters, both fot the association and the faculty bar.
They handle the accounting and manage the budgets for all events and projects.
Corporate Relations
BDR is responsible for establishing and maintaining contracts with partners and sponsors.
They are actively seeking interesting partnerships to further expand our operations.
Student welcome
The student welcome is responsible for all students who are new to our faculty.
They organize the freshman orientation weekend and other activities to welcome new students and internationals students.
ICT
The ICT team is responsible for maintaining the website, ticket sales and information, and ensuring they are up to date.
Questions about the website or tickets? The ICT department ensures that all digital platforms function optimally.
Logistics
The logistics team makes sure our warehouse, 'The Arena', is in perfect order.
In addition, they drive the Apolloon van to ensure that all materials arrive at the right location on time.
Education
The Education Team, together with a group of class representatives, advocates for the voices and opinions of the students in our faculty.
They answer questions and resolve issues that students encounter during their classes, while studying, and in all other matters related to their academic careers.
Communication
The communications team keeps social media updated with all events and handles communication.
They are responsible for creating visual content and disseminating information to all students.
Events
Events is responsible for organizing all cantuses, TDs, the gala ball, and the winter festival.
They brighten up the campus by organizing unforgettable parties and activities.
Sports
The sports team is responsible for organizing all sports activities, such as the 24-hour run and the weekly running workouts.
They encourage students to be physically active and represent Apolloon at sports tournaments.
Zak
The Zak masters are responsible for maintaining our beloved Sportzak.
Together with their bartenders and great music, they throw the best parties.
