The student association, known as Apolloon, is a great way to get involved in the student community, make new friends, and enhance your academic experience.

Activities
In addition to academic events, Apolloon also organizes social and recreational activities for its members. This includes sports activities, movie nights, parties, and other fun events that allow you to unwind and socialize with fellow students. Here you can find a quick overview of some of our highlight events. One of the biggest events in student life in Leuven is the 24-hour Run. This is a major competition where student associations compete to complete as many laps as possible in 24 hours at Sportkot. For us, Apolloon, this is an important event as we aim for first place. Throughout the year, we also organize ‘cantus’, sports week, and parties in our beloved Sportzak. If you want to get into the holiday spirit, make sure to attend Winterfest, the coziest Christmas fair in Leuven, complete with live music and food. Finally, we also have the spectacular Gala Ball, which will take place this year on March 13. All dates and ticket sales can be found on this website under the ‘Events’ tab and on our socials.

Academic services
We also have a student service where you can buy books for your lessons. You can reserve books using this button on the website. Afterwards, you can pick them up at the Student Services. This service is located below Alma 3 (student restaurant) at Steengroevenlaan 3. The opening hours can be found on the website under the 'Cursusdienst' tab.
